Work management platform to file for IPO on Nasdaq, the Israeli-founded work project management tool, filed a registration form on Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “MNDY.”

The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined, the company indicated in a statement.
